TEKNOFEST – Aerospace, Space and Technology Festival

The main objective of TEKNOFEST is to encourage young people to engage in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields in line with Türkiye’s “National Technology Initiative” vision. The festival aims to raise entrepreneurial, innovative, and productive individuals who will contribute to Türkiye’s technological independence and strengthen the country’s qualified human resources in strategic technology sectors. TEKNOFEST is organised every year as a large-scale national technology festival bringing together students, educators, entrepreneurs, universities, public institutions, and technology companies through competitions, workshops, exhibitions, seminars, and project demonstrations. Since its launch in 2018, the festival has continued to expand each year with increasing national and international participation.
TEKNOFEST promotes the idea that students should not only be technology consumers but also technology producers. Through competitions, workshops, project exhibitions, and innovation activities, students are encouraged to develop technological solutions, design prototypes, and participate actively in engineering and digital transformation processes.
The festival introduces students to technology at an early age and supports the development of 21st-century skills.
